Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 working days and you will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. The shipment confirmation email will provide you with the relevant tracking information.

 

Free Shipping

Free UK shipping when you spend over £75 (excluding Special Next Day Delivery which is free when you spend over £150)

Free EU shipping when you spend over £250

Free Rest of the world shipping when you spend over £250

 

UK Delivery

UK delivery is usually sent via Royal Mail Signed For First Class, but may also be send via a courier service - Usually takes 1-3 working days but we cannot guarantee this

 

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed. We have found in the past that these estimates can be extended by up to 2-3 additional days depending on time of year and location.

We aim to despatch all orders that are placed within three working days, as long as the item you have ordered is in stock and there are no other issues. If you place an order over the weekend the order will be despatched on the following Monday. You will receive an email notifying when your order has been despatched along with the relevant tracking information.

Please note that during exceptionally busy periods your order may be delayed in despatch by 2-3 days. We will always try to inform you if this is the case.

 

European Delivery

European Delivery is sent by Royal Mail or via a courier, either DPD, UPS or FedEx.

We aim to despatch all orders that are placed within three working days, as long as the item you have ordered is in stock and there are no other issues. If you place an order over the weekend the order will be despatched on the following Monday. You will receive an email notifying when your order has been despatched along with the relevant tracking information.

European delivery typically takes 5-14 working days but can take longer depending on time of year and how far the destination is from the UK.

As the UK is no longer a part of the EU, countries in the EU are most likely liable to pay customs and duties.

If your country is within Europe but outside of the EU then you are most likely liable to pay customs and duties.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

International delivery typically takes 7-21 working days depending on the destination but can take longer under certain circumstances. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

 Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated times set out above then we have a few steps:

  1. Check with any neighbours to see if that package has been delivered to them without a note

  2. Check the local postal delivery office. Sometimes packages can be returned here without notification.
